High Capacity and Quality with the ZKIIISE Harvester

The ZKIIISE harvester is a self-propelled 3-row top lifting harvester equipped with a hedgehog unit and discharge elevator. Depending on logistics, it can harvest 4-5 hectares per day under any conditions, delivering a high-quality end product. Following the cutters set, the product moves along an 800 mm wide cross conveyor whose speed can be adjusted from the cabin. This is followed by a large hedgehog unit that ensures a completely clean product directly from the field. A distributor at the end of the discharge conveyor evenly distributes the product across the discharge elevator.

Perfect Topping Begins with the Pick-Up

With 14,000 mm long super-grip profile harvesting belts, the ZKIIISE uniformly suspends carrots within its harvesting belt unit, ensuring precise handling. The ‘Floating Shares’ feature two independent harvesting elements with separate shares, guaranteeing stability even at high speeds.
