The Web Grader excels in accurate grading and minimizing product damage. Featuring a 900 mm wide grading web with a slight incline, it ensures precision and care in handling your produce. For greater versatility, the dual Web Grader offers two side-by-side grading webs, making it compatible with various brands of receiving hoppers. Multiple Web Graders can be placed sequentially to sort products by different sizes. Both the web speed and agitator speed are continuously adjustable, ensuring a high-quality end product and increased net yield.

Accurate Grading

Grading accuracy is influenced by product conditions. To meet the strictest requirements, the grading web can be made of metal or rubber. Metal sorting webs are ideal for damp or wet products, while rubber grading webs are better suited for dry or delicate products and light, non-sticking soil during harvest.

Easy to Operate

The user interface of Dewulf’s separate grading web units uses intuitive pictograms, making them simple to operate. The Web Grader also features Start-Control: with a single push of the start button, all connected machines start in sequence with delay timers. This prevents current spikes in the power grid and optimizes both capacity and gentle handling of the product.
