In 2016, six years following the debut of the original Kwatro, Dewulf launched the Kwatro Xtreme. This self-propelled 4-row sieving harvester integrates all the groundbreaking technology that established the Kwatro as an unrivaled leader in the field, now with a new chassis design that maintains uncompromised sieving performance. The Kwatro was the pioneer in combining frontal harvesting with a traditional sieving path, hedgehog unit, and cleaning modules, all complemented by the largest bunker available on the market.

4 x 90 cm: Uncompromising Innovation

For growers utilizing 4 x 90 cm planting or bed widths of 1800 mm, Dewulf developed the Kwatro Xtreme. This harvester features a 3.6 m harvesting unit and a seamless sequence of short sieving conveyor 1, sieving conveyor 2, and sieving conveyor 3, all designed without constraints.

Master of Every Field, Every Time

The Kwatro Xtreme maintains the integrity of potato ridges with its high-quality frontal harvesting concept, ensuring exceptional stability that allows for extended operation even in wet conditions. Powered by a robust 500 hp Scania DC13 Stage IV engine, the harvester features independent cooling that enhances engine speed control. Perfect weight distribution, 900 mm wide tracks, and optional super-wide rear wheels (Mitas 1250/50 R32) guarantee minimal soil compaction and a flat ground surface post-harvest. With a maximum rear wheel steering deflection of 60°, the Kwatro Xtreme achieves remarkable maneuverability, even in compact fields. Traction can be tailored per track or wheel, enabling continuous harvesting under the most challenging terrains and weather conditions, making the Kwatro Xtreme exceptionally dependable.
