The Flexible Grader is a highly adaptable solution that can be easily mounted behind various brands of receiving hoppers, offering a straightforward method for cleaning or sorting your produce. Its versatile roller units can be positioned directly behind the receiving hopper or used independently within the storage line. Transitioning between cleaning and grading rollers is quick and easy, with adjustable cleaning intensity and grading size to suit your needs. The Flexible Grader can also be enhanced with the Flow-Pin, which minimizes product damage by reducing time spent on the rollers. The Smart-Pin is available to ensure consistent product cleaning quality without interrupting the storage process.

Customizable Cleaning and Grading by Product Size

No one understands your cleaning and grading needs better than you do. With our Flexible Grader, you have the flexibility to clean and/or sort right behind the receiving hopper. The gap width and roller positions can be precisely adjusted. The roller unit is available with a variety of rollers, including RZ smooth rollers, SZ spiral rollers, SU sorting rollers, and PU star rollers.

Easy to Operate

The user interface of Dewulf’s separate roller units employs intuitive pictograms, making operation straightforward. The Flexible Grader features Start-Control: with a single push of the start button, all connected machines will start sequentially with delay timers. This prevents current spikes in the power grid and optimizes both capacity and gentle handling of the product.
