Complete Planting Process in One Machine

Dewulf has revolutionized the planting process with the Certa 40 Integral, a comprehensive planter designed for the 2024 growing season. Unveiled at Potato Europe 2023, this advanced machine combines soil cultivation, planting, and ridging in a single pass, boasting a range of groundbreaking features:

• Innovative Wheel System: The cultivator’s nine large wheels support the machine’s weight and provide automatic working depth control, ensuring sufficient carrying capacity even in light and loose soils.
• Advanced Cultivator Design: Building on the SC 300 Compact, the new cultivator features a high-quality web and a rotor shaft with thicker flanges. An angle sensor on the rear board controls the cylinders for the nine depth wheels.
• Integrated Superstructure: The 3.5-tonne bunker and planting elements form a unified structure, optionally equipped with weighing cells. The planting elements, an upgraded version of the CP elements, include adjustable planting tubes for different tuber sizes and individual hydraulic drives, allowing for easy creation of spray tracks and variable planting.
• Adjustable Planting Depth: The opener beam, mounted in a parallelogram with cylinders, allows for easy planting depth adjustments from the cabin.
• Precision Covering Discs: Each 410 mm diameter covering disc is mounted on its own suspension arm. The discs for each pair of rows are attached to a central hollow section with adjustable pressure, controlled from the side.
• ISOBUS Communication: The entire control system, from the control box to the software, communicates via ISOBUS. The system can be paired with a 12-inch Topcon touchscreen and joystick for seamless operation.
